Automation step 1 - risk assessment in the issue

As highlighted above the prerequisite for this step is to create editable risk custom fields, assign them to the Jira project risk model and add them to the issue screen (info).

Download automation rules (not working since risk custom fields have different ID in different Jira instances)


Create an “Edit issue“ action and select the risk custom fields e.g Inherent probability and Inherent impact with their values. If the risk custom fields are not selectable, they are either not created or not assigned to project issue screens.
