Risk Matrix
A Risk Matrix maps Risk Probability and Impact to the Risk Severity. The Risk Matrix is fully configurable, including size, labels, severity, colors and definition. It is also individual for each Risk Register allowing teams to work independently. The exception is if a Jira admins assignes a Risk model to the Risk Register and multiple Project Risk Registers sharing the same project.
Risk Matrix Settings
Open settings by pressing the Risk Register settings wrench icon. It is fully configurable including labels, size, definitions, coloring and severity. Please see below a 3x3 example matrix with a new severity called “No Risk“.
