• In the OKR period manager create a yearly period e.g. 2023 (your Jira admin)

• In your company workspace create OKRs with the period 2023

• In the OKR period manager create a quarter period e.g. Q1 2023 (your Jira admin)

• In the child group/team/personal workspace create OKRs with the period Q1 2023

• Align those OKRs to the relevant company 2023 OKRs

Reporting Yearly OKRs

In the performance report select the previous company workspace and period 2023. Then all OKRs including the aligned child workspace OKRs are shown. This is a very powerful view to keep track of how overall OKR status are trending toward the company objectives.
