Period Manager

Periods are created and managed in the settings “Period Manager“. All OKRs belong to one period and the recommended way of working is to have quarterly periods with company OKRs having yearly. The solution also provides two (2) static periods “All periods“ and “Future OKRs” available in period pickers.
Archive periods to improve performance
When loading a workspace, all OKRs with active period are loaded. If there are linked active OKRs those remote workspaces are also loaded. OKRs with archived periods are not loaded.
To improve load speed and overall solution performance we recommend to archive old periods.
Active periods are global and can be used throughout the solution.
Access to the period manager can be configured in the permission manager.
