When adding OKRs they are added to a Period. This is normally a quarter such as Q2 2022. Periods can be fully customisable in the Period Manager and Periods are global visible in all workspaces.

This means that you as a company easily can set a 6 week or 1 year period adjusting the solution to your way of working. There is also a Future period available as a placeholder creating new OKRs.
